EMO vs Eilik
The two desk robots people actually choose between. One talks and walks, the other is offline and half the price.
Read the full write-up on EMO and Eilik, with the reviews, the running costs and who each one is for.

Which one to buy
Choose EMO if
you want it to hear you, answer, recognise your face and walk about on the desk.
Choose Eilik if
you want it working the moment you open the box, with nothing to connect and nothing to sign up for.
EMO needs Wi-Fi for most of what makes it interesting, and in the base version you place it on the charger yourself. Eilik gives up speech entirely: it makes sounds and shows moods, and that is the whole conversation. Its servo is loud enough to hear across a quiet room. Eilik runs about ninety minutes to a charge; LivingAI publishes no runtime for EMO, so that row is blank.
